  • Using 12VDC power supply. Higher than 12V will destroy it.
  • If you need more data of WS2811 led strip, we will send it to you.
  • The LEDs at the far end of the strip might be dimmer because of the added resistance and voltage drop that occurs during the current flows to that end of the strip. The solution is adding DC12V voltage every 16.4ft or 32ft according to the actual situation .
  • LED strip is made by 50cm FPCB, so there is a solder point each 50cm(1.6FT) on strip. But this minor flaw has no any bad effect on the strip's performance. In fact, ALL the LED strips on the market are manufactured in half-meter lengths.

Waterproof

  1. IP30: Non-waterproof . Only work indoor .
  2. IP65: Silicone Coating Splash Proof .Dust prevention splash proofingdesigns. Only work indoor.
  3. IP67: Sheating Waterproof. Dust prevention water proofing designs. Can work outdoor but the 3 PIN connectors are non-waterproof.
  4. IP68:Glue-Pouring Waterproof.Dust prevention water proofing designs. Can work underwater.3 PIN waterproof connector. IP68 needs to be customized.
  5. If you want to install our LED strip on the eaves, we recommend you customize IP68.
